I'm new at this, so I'm not quite sure where I should start. So I guess I will start with our family.
Aaron is my wonderful husband. He works at Western Plains Energy as the Safety Director. He really likes not having to work nights anymore and also having the weekends and evenings with our family. He loves doing anything outside. Hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, even yard work. And he must enjoy cleaning and washing vehicles because he does that often too! Cleaning vehicles and the yard work sure comes in handy for me!
I am the preschool teacher at Quinter Elementary. I love my job! The little ones keep me on my toes, but I wouldn't want it any other way. They are so lively and fun and everyday they give me something to smile about. My favorite pastime is scrapbooking. I love the creativity in making the pages and knowing that my girls will have such a treasured keepsake. I also love spending time with my family and friends. They are all so special to me.
Next is Jadelyn. She is in kindergarten this year and LOVES school. Her favorite subject is math. At the beginning of the year she came home and said, "Mom, today was the best day ever!" When I asked her why she said, "Because we did math. I LOVE math!" Jadelyn loves drawing, singing and dancing. She takes dance lessons in Hays and has so much fun.
Then there is Saige. Saige is the strong one in our family. Someday she is going to be so successful as she has such determination! Saige also loves coloring, drawing and dancing. Aaron is hoping that Saige will be his little sportster as it isn't looking like Jadelyn is into that at this point. But it isn't looking to hopeful with Saige either. She is Jadelyn's little clone and loves to do whatever Jadelyn is doing.
And of coarse I can't forget about our two dogs, Max and Missy. We use to think that Missy was such a crazy dog until we got Max. Holy cow is Max wound up! He has found numerous ways to escape from the backyard and also digs monster holes! But he is a fun dog and will be a great hunting dog for Aaron. Now Missy is much calmer. I think she gets tired just watching Max tear around the backyard! She is very protective of the girls and will get between Max and the girls when the girls are in the backyard and keep him from jumping on them. Missy's only problem is escaping out the garage door before we get it closed. She runs to a near by cow pen and has come home a number of times smelling awful!
Well that's us, the Betz Family! I'm looking forward to posting about are journey through life!

Ok Here it Goes
Ok here it goes!! I have officially started a blog for my family! I have been wanting to do this for a little while now and have decided that Christmas break is the time to do it. My biggest reason for wanting to do a blog is that I want to capture the memories that we have and to have a place to look back and remember all of the events in our life. So let the journey begin!!
